| Abstract: | Клінічно у собак при токсичній гепатодистрофії спостерігають пригнічення, незначну тахікардію, тахіпное та гіпертермію на початку патологічного процесу. У подальшому при пальпації та перкусії - болючість та гепатомегалію. Результати біопсії свідчать про порушення морфологічної будови гепатоцитів (білкова зерниста дистрофія, жирова дистрофія інфільтративного типу, некроз та циротичні зміни). |
| Description: | Clinically, in dogs with toxic hepatodystrophy, depression is observed, minor tachycardia, tachypnea and hyperthermia at the beginning of the pathological process. IN later on palpation and percussion - pain and hepatomegaly. Results biopsies indicate impaired morphological structure of hepatocytes (proteinaceous granules dystrophy, fatty dystrophy of infiltrative type, necrosis and cirrhotic changes). |
