| Abstract: | Запальний процес – це реакція організму на різні види пошкоджень, яка спрямована на виявлення і нейтралізацію травмуючого фактора, ферментативне розплавлення нежиттєздатних тканин, формування захисного бар’єру і закриття, за необхідності, тканинного дефекту. В більшості випадків супроводжується рановим процесом, з наступним розвитком інфекції та ендогенної інтоксикації організму. Важливими аспектами у вивченні патогенезу ендогенної інтоксикації являються аналіз особливостей процесів перекиснемо окиснення ліпідів (ПОЛ), а також стану антиоксидантної системи (АОС) організму. |
| Description: | The inflammatory process is the reaction of the body to various types of damage, which is aimed at identifying and neutralizing the traumatic factor, enzymatic melting of the non-viable fabrics, forming a protective barrier and closing, if necessary, a tissue defect. In most cases, it is accompanied by a wound process, with subsequent development of infection and endogenous intoxication of the body. Important aspects in the study of the pathogenesis of endogenous intoxication are the analysis of the features of the processes of lipid peroxidation (POL), as well as state of the body's antioxidant system (AOS). |
