Abstract
Діагностику трихінельозу проводять, використовуючи прямі і непрямі методи. Прямими методами виявляють личинки трихінел першої стадії у м’язовій тканині, непрямими – антитіла, антигени у крові та інших тканинах макроорганізму чи інші зміни, характерні для трихінельозу.
Description
Diagnosis of trichinosis is performed using direct and indirect methods. Direct methods are to detect trichinella larvae of the first stage in muscle tissue, indirect antibodies, antigens in the blood and other tissues of the macroorganism, or other changes characteristic of trichinosis.
