| Abstract: | Уведення кормової добавки целюлази до раціонів птиці сприяє тому, що отримані з кормами ензими створюють відповідний ферментативний фон у травному тракті, і це посилює гідроліз поживних речовин корму. Економічно вигідним є заміна у складі комбікормів целюлази, отриманої без додаткового внесення Купруму, на фермент, отриманий зі штаму Aspergillus terreus, який культивували на поживному середовищі з умістом металу 0,5 мг/л у формі органічного комплексу. За вирощування курчат-бройлерів це сприяло підвищенню рівня рентабельності на 8,6 % порівняно з контролем. |
| Description: | The introduction of a forage additive of cellulase to poultry diet contributes to the fact that enzymes derived from feeds create an appropriate enzyme background in the digestive tract, which increases the hydrolysis of feed nutrients. It is economically advantageous to replace the compounded feed of cellulase obtained without the addition of copper to an enzyme derived from the Aspergillus terreus strain cultivated on a nutrient medium with a metal content of 0.5 mg / L in the form of an organic complex. For the growth of broiler chickens, this increased the profitability by 8.6% compared to the control. |
