| Abstract: | У статті розглянуто причини суспільного звернення до потенціалу соціального інновування, критично оцінено підходи до тлумачення сутності «соціальних інновацій» і надано їх авторське визначення. Виокремлено як нагальну проблему необхідність зміни механізму реалізації соціального призначення держави й оновлення на його основі джерельної бази забезпечення суспільного розвитку. Виділено процес інновування як адекватну реакцію на потенційні можливості підтримання соціальної динаміки. Здійснено аналіз соціально-економічного стану економіки і оконтурено імператив формування соціально орієнтованої інноваційної економіки. Оскільки сучасним драйвером забезпечення суспільного розвитку виступають соціальні інновації, здійснено критичний аналіз наявних розробок їх сутності і надано авторське визначення. |
| Description: | The article considers the reasons for social appeal to the potential of the social innovation introduction process, critically evaluates the approaches to the interpretation of the essence of "social innovation" and provides their author's definition. The necessity of changing the mechanism of realization of the social purpose of the state and updating on its basis the source base of social development is highlighted as an urgent problem. The process of innovation is highlighted as an adequate response to the potential of maintaining social dynamics. The analysis of the socio-economic state of the economy is carried out and the imperative of forming a socially oriented innovation economy is outlined. Since the modern driver of social development is social innovation, a critical analysis of the existing developments of their essence is carried out and the author's definition is given. |
