| Abstract: | В статті досліджуються основні аспекти концепції сталого розвитку, їх узгодженість з забезпеченням стабільності та розвитку людського капіталу. Звертається увага на тісний взаємозв’язок і взаємозумовленість рівня людського розвитку та якості соціально-економічного розвитку суспільства. Наголошується, що сучасна стратегія сталого розвитку покликана забезпечити розширене відтворення людських ресурсів, посилює увагу до вирішення суперечності між потребами людини, захисту її інтересів та реальною можливістю задоволення її потреб, врахування інтересів кожного члена суспільства, ґрунтується на необхідності забезпечення всеохоплюючої і справедливої якісної освіти. |
| Description: | The article researches the main aspects for concept of stable development, their coordination with provision of stability and development of human capital. We pay attention to the close interrelation and interdependence in level of human development and quality in social economical development of the society. It is emphasized that the modern strategy of stable development is designed to provide with the expanded reproduction of human resources, increases the attention to solution of contradiction between human needs, protection of its interests and real possibility to satisfy its needs, to take into consideration the interests of each member in society, it is based on necessity to provide with overall and fair good quality education. |
