| Description: | The article is devoted to the study of the problems of interconnection and interaction of language and law, which do not have a unambiguous interpretation at the moment, because the law of language is the result of the interaction between different legal systems, different scientific schools, theories and directions, different languages; as well as the study of the origins and the formation of one of the most important branches of the law in Germany - the Administrative law, which is undergoing an active process of change today as a result of European influence. |
