Abstract: У публікації розглянуто окремі правові питання в контексті проблеми співвідношення прав людини і науки та їх взаємодії з міжнародним екологічним правом. Розглянуто поняття та особливості принципів пропорційності та інтеграції у міжнародному екологічному праві. Досліджено питання щодо тлумачення права на науку.
Description: The publication examines certain legal issues in the context of the problem of the relationship between human rights and science and their interaction with international environmental law. The concepts and features of the principles of proportionality and integration in international environmental law are considered. The issue of interpreting the right to science is investigated.
