| Abstract: | У статті досліджуються конституційно-правові засади функціонування міждержавних інституцій Європи. Проаналізовано особливості правового статусу та компетенції основних європейських міждержавних організацій, механізми їх взаємодії з державами-членами та вплив на розвиток європейського правового простору. Особливу увагу приділено діяльності європейських інституцій у сфері захисту прав людини, забезпечення демократії, верховенства права та міждержавного співробітництва. Визначено сучасні тенденції розвитку конституційно-правового регулювання міждержавних інституцій в умовах поглиблення європейської інтеграції |
| Description: | The article examines the constitutional and legal foundations of the functioning of interstate institutions in Europe. The peculiarities of the legal status and competence of major European interstate organizations, mechanisms of their interaction with member states, and their influence on the development of the European legal space are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the activities of European institutions in the fields of human rights protection, democracy, the rule of law, and interstate cooperation. Current trends in the development of constitutional and legal regulation of interstate institutions in the context of deepening European integration are identified |
