| Description: | The organoleptic, physicochemical, microbiological indicators and the content of somatic cells and the presence of antibiotics were studied in order to determine the quality and safety of raw milk obtained under the technological conditions of the dairy farm of the Terezine Dairy Farm in the Kyiv region and compliance with the requirements of DSTU 3662-2018. |
