| Abstract: | У тезах розглянуто збройні конфлікти в Афганістані другої половини ХХ – початку ХХІ століття як складне історико-політичне та міжнародно-правове явище. Проаналізовано причини виникнення конфліктів, роль зовнішнього втручання, наслідки Саурської революції, радянської інтервенції та приходу руху «Талібан» до влади. Особливу увагу приділено впливу афганських конфліктів на міжнародну безпеку, розвиток міжнародного гуманітарного права та сучасну систему міжнародних відносин. |
| Description: | The theses examine the armed conflicts in Afghanistan in the second half of the 20th and early 21st centuries as a complex historical, political, and international legal phenomenon. The causes of the conflicts, the role of external intervention, the consequences of the Saur Revolution, the Soviet intervention, and the rise of the Taliban movement to power are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the impact of the Afghan conflicts on international security, the development of international humanitarian law, and the modern system of international relations. |
