| Abstract: | Досліджено реформування кримінально-виконавчої системи України в контексті впровадження стандартів Рада Європи та практики Європейський суд з прав людини. Проаналізовано проблеми неналежних умов тримання засуджених, забезпечення права на медичну допомогу та дотримання вимог статті 3 Конвенції. Обґрунтовано необхідність комплексної модернізації системи та впровадження політики для забезпечення гуманізації виконання покарань. |
| Description: | The reform of the penal system of Ukraine is studied in the context of the implementation of the standards of the Council of Europe and the practice of the European Court of Human Rights. The problems of inadequate conditions of detention of convicts, ensuring the right to medical care and compliance with the requirements of Article 3 of the Convention are analyzed. The need for a comprehensive modernization of the system and the implementation of a policy to ensure the humanization of the execution of sentences is substantiated. |
