Цифрова економіка: сучасні світові тенденції розвитку

Abstract

У роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти становлення цифрової економіки як базового фактора трансформації сучасних економічних систем. Визначено, що цифровізація охоплює всі ключові сфери суспільної діяльності (виробництво, фінанси, освіту, управління) та безпосередньо впливає на рівень глобальної конкурентоспроможності держав і збалансований регіональний розвиток. Проаналізовано провідні світові тренди діджиталізації, серед яких: глобальна трансформація економічних моделей, автоматизація й оптимізація бізнес-процесів, обробка великих даних (Big Data) для прийняття управлінських рішень. Окрему увагу приділено цифровому контексту України у 2026 році, зокрема переходу до концепції агентивної держави та масштабній інтеграції інфраструктури для штучного інтелекту завдяки проєкту AI Factory за технологіями NVIDIA. Висвітлено трансформацію ринку праці через появу нових ІТ-професій та зниження ролі традиційних спеціальностей. Поряд із цим актуалізовано проблему кібербезпеки в умовах стабільно високої інтенсивності кібератак на вітчизняні державні сервіси. Обґрунтовано роль технологій ШІ, Big Data та IoT у підвищенні ефективності ресурсів та забезпеченні екологічно орієнтованого сталого розвитку. The paper explores the theoretical and practical aspects of the emergence of the digital economy as a basic factor in the transformation of modern economic systems. It is determined that digitalization covers all key areas of social activity (production, finance, education, management) and directly affects the level of global competitiveness of states and balanced regional development. The leading global trends in digitalization are analyzed, including: global transformation of economic models, automation and optimization of business processes, processing of big data (Big Data) for making management decisions. Special attention is paid to the digital context of Ukraine in 2026, in particular the transition to the concept of an agent state and the large-scale integration of infrastructure for artificial intelligence thanks to the AI Factory project using NVIDIA technologies. The transformation of the labor market is highlighted due to the emergence of new IT professions and the decline in the role of traditional specialties. Along with this, the problem of cybersecurity is updated in the context of a consistently high intensity of cyberattacks on domestic state services. The role of AI, Big Data, and IoT technologies in increasing resource efficiency and ensuring environmentally ecologically sustainable development is substantiated.
