| Abstract: | У статті досліджуються функціональні повноваження органів місцевого самоврядування в Україні. Проаналізовано конституційно-правові засади діяльності органів місцевого самоврядування, систему їх власних і делегованих повноважень, а також особливості реалізації управлінських функцій на місцевому рівні. Особливу увагу приділено питанням забезпечення ефективності місцевого управління, взаємодії органів місцевого самоврядування з органами державної влади та розвитку територіальних громад. Визначено актуальні проблеми реалізації повноважень органів місцевого самоврядування та перспективи їх удосконалення в умовах децентралізації |
| Description: | The article examines the functional powers of local self-government bodies in Ukraine. The constitutional and legal foundations of the activities of local self-government bodies, the system of their own and delegated powers, and the peculiarities of implementing managerial functions at the local level are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to ensuring the effectiveness of local governance, interaction between local self-government bodies and state authorities, and the development of territorial communities. Current problems in the implementation of the powers of local self-government bodies and prospects for their improvement in the context of decentralization are identified |
