| Abstract: | У статті досліджується роль децентралізації у процесі наближення системи місцевого самоврядування України до європейських стандартів. Проаналізовано основні напрями реформування місцевого самоврядування, механізми передачі повноважень органам місцевої влади та вплив децентралізації на розвиток територіальних громад. Особливу увагу приділено імплементації принципів Європейської хартії місцевого самоврядування, підвищенню ефективності публічного управління та зміцненню фінансової самостійності громад. Визначено перспективи подальшого розвитку системи місцевого самоврядування України в умовах євроінтеграції |
| Description: | The article examines the role of decentralization in bringing Ukraine’s local self-government system closer to European standards. The main directions of local self-government reform, mechanisms for transferring powers to local authorities, and the impact of decentralization on the development of territorial communities are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of the principles of the European Charter of Local Self-Government, improving the efficiency of public administration, and strengthening the financial independence of communities. Prospects for the further development of Ukraine’s local self-government system in the context of European integration are identified |
