dc.descriptionThe article develops the positions and ideas of authors on the formation of the national architectural science of economic science and politics. On the basis of the analysis of Ukrainian economic literature 19- 20 years of the twentieth century. grounded the provisions on the emergence and institutionalization of the Ukrainian economic school as a scientific problem, methods of its solution, organization and sustainable reproduction of the corresponding co-authorship of scientists-representatives of the school. The main reasons and factors of growth of scientific interest in these issues in modern world and national literature are revealed. The disclosure of issues of the formation and development of the Ukrainian economic school is based on the author's developed propositions in three aspects: on periodization, theoretical directions and unity of components of economic science. Theoretical identification of the concepts: "scientific school"and "Ukrainian economic school" were implemented on the basis of application of scientific-science criteria. The essence, key theories and the circle of representatives of the Ukrainian economic school, its characteristic features, general and special research of phenomena and processes, connection with economic policy are found out. The revealed epistemological foundations and one-sidedness of modern concepts of development of the Ukrainian economic science of the 19th and early 20th centuries. as "adaptive-catchup" and "methodologically-conflict". In contrast, they have substantiated the concepts of "breakthrough", "synthetic" development of the Ukrainian economic school. The role and importance of the scientific work of the representatives of the Ukrainian economic school in the conduct of economic policies, established morality in scientific research and life activity are highlightedIt was shown that on the basis of the critical analysis of the achievements of the general scientific, economic world, representatives of Ukrainian schools, including economic ones, supplemented their latest ideas and concepts, considering the need to take into account the historical and social aspects of the development of the economy, traditions and mental features of society. It was proved that it was precisely our predecessors who, by their critical review of the initial provisions of classical political economy and Marxism, not only led to an intensive process of changing the whole system of development of Ukrainian economic thought at the end of the 19th to the beginning of the 20th century, but also laid the foundations for the formation of the social foundations of economic research, economic methodology of psychological moments and the birth of the institutional foundations of economic analysis, which is already at the turn of the XIX - XX centuries. has brought domestic economic thought closer to the world level. Kyiv economic schools were at the forefront of economic research of the period, with significant scientific results, the proof of which were the works of M. Bunge, E. Slutsky, O. Bilimovich, who had a powerful influence not only on Ukrainian but also on the world economic science.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractМетою статті є розкриття витоків, що становлять фундамент самобутності української наукової школи економіки, яка своїми вагомими науковими здобутками в період кінця ХІХ - початку ХХ століття створила наукову платформу розвитку національної економічної школи і здобула світове визнання, проте тривалий період під тиском радянської ідеології була забута. Нові обставини російської агресії та інформаційного наступу на повноцінність українського народу і його державність спонукали до цього аналізу. Наші науковці навіть у складі російської імперії зуміли сформувати самобутню, оригінальну та високо інтелектуальну, зі світовим визнанням українську економічну школу, яка мала не тільки піонерність у наукових доробках, але й її ідеї мали вплив на економічну політику європейських країн, а окремі з них мали і практичне втілення у світі. Розкрити зміст цих наукових розробок, які справді формувались під впливом європейської економічної думки, довести, що за змістом і напрямами дослідження вони відзначались оригінальністю і самобутністю і відповідали світовим тенденціям розвитку економічної науки і є важливим завданням цього дослідження. Показано важливість української наукової школи економіки для національної і світової економічної науки. Висвітлено роль і значення наукового доробку діяльності представників української економічної школи у проведенні економічної політики, утвердження моральності в наукових дослідженнях і життєдіяльності. Практичний зміст визначається актуальністю протистоянню поширення наративу російської інформаційної машини про неповноцінність української нації, її державності, а для економістів - важливість вивчення власної наукової спадщини, яка є фундаментом розвитку економічної науки й нині.uk_UA
