| Abstract: | У статті досліджуються конституційні моделі організації державної влади в країнах Океанії. Проаналізовано особливості функціонування законодавчої, виконавчої та судової гілок влади, а також специфіку форм державного правління у державах регіону. Визначено вплив британської конституційної традиції, місцевих правових звичаїв та сучасних демократичних процесів на формування державних інституцій. Окрему увагу приділено проблемам конституційної модернізації та розвитку системи публічної влади в країнах Океанії |
| Description: | The article examines constitutional models of state power organization in the countries of Oceania. The peculiarities of the functioning of the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of power, as well as the specifics of forms of government in the states of the region, are analyzed. The influence of the British constitutional tradition, local legal customs, and modern democratic processes on the formation of state institutions is determined. Particular attention is paid to the issues of constitutional modernization and the development of the public authority system in the countries of Oceania |
