| Abstract: | У статті здійснено аналіз законодавства європейських держав щодо діяльності неприбуткових організацій та визначено можливості використання відповідного досвіду в Україні. Досліджено особливості правового статусу, державної реєстрації, фінансового забезпечення та податкового регулювання неприбуткових організацій у країнах Європейського Союзу. Окрему увагу приділено механізмам державного контролю та гарантіям незалежності громадського сектору. Обґрунтовується необхідність гармонізації українського законодавства з європейськими стандартами у сфері функціонування неприбуткових організацій |
| Description: | The article analyzes the legislation of European countries regulating the activities of non-profit organizations and identifies the possibilities of applying relevant experience in Ukraine. The study examines the legal status, state registration procedures, financial support, and tax regulation of non-profit organizations in the European Union member states. Particular attention is paid to mechanisms of state supervision and guarantees of the independence of civil society institutions. The necessity of harmonizing Ukrainian legislation with European standards in the field of non-profit organizations is substantiated |
