| Description: | The article analyzes the contemporary challenges of protecting women's rights in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, in particular issues of gender-based violence, restrictions of socio-economic rights, and persecution for civic position. It examines international and national legal protection mechanisms. The study also highlights priority areas for post-war rehabilitation and the restoration and protection of women's rights |
