| Abstract: | У статті здійснено теоретико-правовий аналіз механізмів захисту прав людини в умовах збройного конфлікту. Досліджено особливості реалізації та обмеження основоположних прав і свобод у період війни, а також роль національного та міжнародного права у їх гарантуванні. Окрему увагу приділено практиці застосування норм міжнародного гуманітарного права та стандартів Європейської конвенції з прав людини в умовах воєнного стану в Україні. Обґрунтовано необхідність удосконалення правових механізмів захисту людини в кризових ситуаціях |
| Description: | The article provides a theoretical and legal analysis of human rights protection mechanisms in conditions of armed conflict. It examines the specifics of the implementation and limitation of fundamental rights and freedoms during wartime, as well as the role of national and international law in ensuring their protection. Special attention is paid to the application of international humanitarian law norms and the standards of the European Convention on Human Rights in the context of martial law in Ukraine. The study substantiates the need to improve legal mechanisms for the protection of human rights in crisis situations |
