| Abstract: | У статті здійснено комплексний порівняльно-правовий аналіз конституційно-правового статусу глави уряду в країнах Східної Європи. Досліджено особливості формування інституту прем’єр-міністра в умовах трансформаційних процесів, визначено його місце в системі органів державної влади, а також проаналізовано повноваження, порядок призначення та механізми відповідальності. Обґрунтовано, що статус глави уряду залежить від форми правління, рівня демократизації політичної системи та співвідношення повноважень між гілками влади |
| Description: | The article provides a comprehensive comparative legal analysis of the constitutional and legal status of the head of government in Eastern European countries. The peculiarities of the formation of the institution of the Prime Minister in the context of transformational processes are examined. The place of the head of government in the system of state authorities is determined, and the powers, appointment procedure, and mechanisms of responsibility are analyzed. It is substantiated that the status of the head of government depends on the form of government, the level of democratization of the political system, and the distribution of powers among branches of government |
