| Abstract: | У тезах здійснено комплексний аналіз трансформації системи соціального захисту України в умовах євроінтеграції. Обґрунтовано необхідність переходу від декларативної моделі соціальних гарантій до функціонально-ефективної системи їх реалізації. Визначено ключові суперечності адаптації національного законодавства до acquis ЄС та запропоновано концептуальні підходи до їх подолання. Сформульовано елементи наукової новизни щодо переосмислення правової природи соціального захисту в сучасних умовах. |
| Description: | The theses provide a comprehensive analysis of the transformation of the social protection system of Ukraine in the context of European integration. The need to transition from a declarative model of social guarantees to a functionally effective system of their implementation is substantiated. The key contradictions in the adaptation of national legislation to the EU acquis are identified and conceptual approaches to overcoming them are proposed. Elements of scientific novelty regarding the rethinking of the legal nature of social protection in modern conditions are formulated. |
