| Abstract: | У роботі висвітлено специфіку проявів корупції у сфері митного контролю в Україні під час воєнного стану. Окреслено ключові схеми зловживань та фактори, що сприяють їх поширенню в період навантаження на митну систему. Проаналізовано вплив корупційних практик на фінансову стабільність і безпекову складову держави. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення антикорупційних механізмів у митній сфері. |
| Description: | The paper examines the specific manifestations of corruption in the field of customs control in Ukraine under martial law. It identifies the main schemes of abuse and the factors contributing to their spread during periods of increased pressure on the customs system. The impact of corrupt practices on the financial stability of the state and its security component is analyzed. The study also substantiates directions for improving anti-corruption mechanisms in the customs sector. |
