Через практику до професії: виробничі екскурсії як шлях формування компетентного агронома.

Abstract

У статті розглянуто значення виробничих екскурсій у процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх агрономів. Підкреслено, що екскурсії на сільськогосподарські підприємства, фермерські господарства та науково-дослідні установи сприяють формуванню фахових компетентностей, розвитку професійного мислення та мотивації студентів до майбутньої діяльності. Зазначено, що практична спрямованість навчання забезпечує тісний зв’язок теорії з виробництвом, дозволяє студентам ознайомитися з сучасними технологіями вирощування сільськогосподарських культур, організацією праці агронома та актуальними викликами аграрної галузі. Наведено приклади ефективних форм проведення виробничих екскурсій і визначено їх роль у формуванні компетентного, ініціативного та відповідального фахівця аграрного профілю. The article discusses the importance of field trips in the professional training of future agronomists. It emphasises that excursions to agricultural enterprises, farms and research institutions contribute to the formation of professional competencies, the development of professional thinking and the motivation of students for their future activities. It is noted that the practical orientation of training ensures a close connection between theory and production, allows students to familiarise themselves with modern crop cultivation technologies, the organisation of an agronomist's work and the current challenges facing the agricultural sector. Examples of effective forms of industrial excursions are given and their role in the formation of competent, proactive and responsible agricultural specialists is determined.
