Abstract: У тезах досліджено сутність соціального партнерства у фінансово-правовій сфері. Проаналізовано роль державних інституцій, суб’єктів господарювання та громадських об’єднань у забезпеченні балансу інтересів у сфері фінансів. Визначено основні механізми взаємодії учасників фінансових правовідносин, проблеми правового регулювання та перспективи розвитку партнерських форм у контексті економічних і соціальних трансформацій.
Description: The theses examine the essence of social partnership in the financial and legal sphere. The role of state institutions, business entities, and civil society organizations in ensuring a balance of interests in the field of finance is analyzed. The main mechanisms of interaction among participants in financial legal relations, the problems of legal regulation, and the prospects for developing partnership-based forms in the context of economic and social transformations are identified.
