| Abstract: | У тезах розглянуто особливості функціонування Києво-Печерської лаври в період радянської влади з 1917 по 1990 рік. Проаналізовано політику більшовицького режиму щодо релігійних установ, процеси секуляризації, репресії щодо духовенства та вилучення церковних цінностей. Окрему увагу приділено перетворенню лаври на історико-культурний заповідник, руйнуванню архітектурних об’єктів, зокрема Успенського собору, та обмеженню діяльності монастирської громади. Показано зміни у підходах держави до релігійної спадщини наприкінці 1980-х років, що сприяли поступовому поверненню лаврі частини її територій. |
| Description: | The abstract examines the peculiarities of the functioning of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra during the Soviet era from 1917 to 1990. It analyzes the Bolshevik regime's policy toward religious institutions, the processes of secularization, repression of the clergy, and confiscation of church valuables. Particular attention is paid to the transformation of the Lavra into a historical and cultural reserve, the destruction of architectural objects, in particular the Assumption Cathedral, and the restriction of the activities of the monastic community. The article shows the changes in the state's approach to religious heritage in the late 1980s, which contributed to the gradual return of part of its territory to the Lavra. |
