| Abstract: | Виділено епіфітну групу мікроорганізмів на поверхні зерна. Це плісняві гриби родів Alternaria, Mucor, Penicillium і Aspergillus. Ураження поверхні насіння становило 63,3%. А також ендофітну мікрофлору, яка проникає всередину рослини і викликає захворювання насіння та пророслих з нього рослин. Домінували патогени, що належать до родів Fusarium і Drechslera, відповідно 54,1% і 36,8%, які є збудниками фузаріозних та гельмінтоспоріозних хвороб колосу і кореневих гнилей. Виділено сорти ячменю ярого: Хадар, Етикет, Парнас (Україна), Josefin (Франція), Aspen, Ebson (Чехія), Barke, Adonis, Landora, Breemar, Danuta, Hanka, (Німеччина) і Vivaldi (Австрія), які мали помірну стійкість проти хвороб колоса (до 25 %) і середню сприйнятливість (до 50 %). |
| Description: | An epiphytic group of microorganisms on the grain surface is allocated. This is mold alternaria Alternaria, Mucor, Penicillium and Aspergillus. The damage to the seed surface was 63.3%. And also the endophytic microflora that penetrates into the plant and causes diseases of the seeds and sprouted from it plants. Pathogens belonging to the genera Fusarium and Drechslera dominated respectively 54.1% and 36.8%, which are pathogens of fusariosis and helminthosporic diseases of the ear and root rot. Varieties of barley barley were distinguished: moderate ones were Hadar, Etiquette, Parnas (Ukraine), Josefin (France), Aspen, Ebson (Czech Republic), Barke, Adonis, Landora, Breemar, Danuta, Hanka (Germany) and Vivaldi (Austria) resistance to diseases of the ear (up to 25%) and average susceptibility (up to 50%). |
