| Abstract: | У статті здійснено комплексний аналіз правового регулювання державної служби в країнах Далекого Сходу – Китаї, Японії, Південної Кореї та Сінгапурі. Розкрито історико-правові передумови становлення інституту державної служби, визначено ключові етапи його розвитку та сучасні особливості функціонування. Проаналізовано законодавчі акти, інституційні механізми та специфіку кадрової політики у зазначених країнах. Окрема увага приділяється системам добору та підготовки кадрів, антикорупційним заходам та ролі традиційної політичної культури у формуванні державної служби. |
| Description: | The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the legal regulation of civil service in the countries of the Far East - China, Japan, South Korea and Singapore. The historical and legal prerequisites for the formation of the civil service institution are revealed, the key stages of its development and modern features of its functioning are identified. Legislative acts, institutional mechanisms and the specifics of personnel policy in the indicated countries are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the systems of personnel selection and training, anti-corruption measures and the role of traditional political culture in the formation of civil service. |
