| Короткий огляд (реферат): | У статті висвітлено питання, що стосуються незаконного обігу наркотичних засобів, як однієї з надважливих проблем нашої держави. Розуміння сутності даної проблеми дає можливість протидіяти незаконному обігу наркотичних засобів, проводити активні заходи щодо її профілактики з окремими верствами населення, зокрема із молоддю, та особами, які потребують лікування від наркозалежності. Незаконний обіг наркотичних засобів призводить до деградації населення включаючи фізичні і психічні захворювання, які призводить до смертності, та відповідно до зменшення кількості населення в державі. Незаконний обіг наркотичних засобів породжує збільшення кількості злочинів вчинених на території України, в тому числі збільшуються статистичні показники організованої злочинності, виникає корупція. Удосконалення роботи правоохоронної діяльності, підвищення ефективності міжнародної співпраці допоможе знизити рівень незаконного обігу наркотичних засобів. |
| Опис: | The article highlights issues related to the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs as one of the pressing problems of our country. The illegal circulation of narcotic drugs leads to the degradation of the population, including physical and mental diseases, which leads to mortality, and, accordingly, to a decrease in the number of the population in the state. A large percentage of criminal offenses are committed by persons under the influence of drugs. In particular, these are thefts, robberies, inflicting bodily harm. Domestic demand for drugs is growing, especially among young people, which threatens the future of our state. Drug addicts lose the opportunity to find employment, start a family, and lead a normal social life in society. The proliferation of drugs leads to increased rates of infectious diseases such as HIV, hepatitis C and tuberculosis. Taking into account all aspects of this problem, effective prevention of criminal offenses related to the illegal circulation of narcotics should be carried out. Early prevention in secondary and higher education institutions should actively work in the context of informing young people about the harmful effects of drugs on the human body; on criminal liability resulting from the use and distribution of narcotic drugs. Conducting legal educational activities with the involvement of law enforcement agencies, public organizations, and employees of medical institutions should be aimed at preventing and overcoming the problems of society, which should be carried out on an ongoing basis. It is necessary to raise the level of legal awareness of the population, and to call on the authorities of the National Police to report cases of the manufacture of narcotic drugs by individuals, their distribution or use, which will provide an opportunity to warn and disclose this type of criminal offenses. Increasing the level of knowledge and the level of legal awareness of the population will make it possible to influence the level of drug crime, and the law enforcement officers will be even more knowledgeable about operational situations in the city, and will be able to respond in a timely manner to illegal cases of guilty persons. Strengthening the law enforcement system, strengthening the fight against corruption, improving legislation and using modern technologies to identify and eliminate drug supply channels is an important phenomenon on the way to overcoming drug crime. The fight against illegal drug trafficking requires a global approach involving the international community: coordination between countries, joint operations and information exchange are important elements on the way to identifying and combating drug crime |
