Abstract: У тезах конференції окреслено питання, що стосуються правових аспектів здійснення судового контролю за досудовим розслідуванням у кримінальних провадженнях. Досудове розслідування є центральною стадією під час розслідування кримінального провадження, а тому контроль за цією стадією є пріоритетним завданням органів, що здійснюють контроль за цією стадією.
Description: The conference abstracts outline issues related to the legal aspects of judicial control over pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings. Pre-trial investigation is a central stage in the investigation of criminal proceedings, and therefore control over this stage is a priority task for the bodies exercising control over this stage.
