| Abstract: | Останнім часом патентна діяльність у сфері сільського господарства активувалася і зумовлена забезпеченням захисту права інтелектуальної власності завдяки реєстрації та патентуванню сортів рослин. Патентування англійською мовою вимагає дотримуватися правил патентного права, норм стилістичних і лексичних особливостей мови перекладу. |
| Description: | Recently, patent documentation has become of great importance and relevance in agriculture due to the protection of intellectual property rights and the registration of patented plant variety names. Translating the patent documentation into English, it is required the compliance with patent law rules and the adherence with the stylistic norms, lexical features of the target language. |
