| Abstract: | International labor law standards adopted by the international community and the European Union are the main European integration for Ukraine in building an effective mechanism for legal regulation of human labor. The implementation of the results of legislative and law enforcement activities into the legal models of realization of a person's ability to work requires time to reform the system of legislation [5, 6]. |

Впровадження результатів законодавчої та правоохоронної діяльності у правові моделі реалізації працездатності людини вимагає часу для реформування системи законодавства [5, 6]. |
