| Abstract: | У тезах було проведено дослідження процесів реформування судової системи України в контексті євроінтеграційних процесів. Було розглянуто комплексну судову реформу 2016 року, а також подальший шлях реформування судової системи у зв’язку з набуттям Україною офіційного статусу країни-кандидата у ЄС, зокрема реформа КСУ в 2023 році. |
| Description: | The theses examined the processes of reforming the judicial system of Ukraine in the context of European integration processes. The comprehensive judicial reform of 2016 was considered, as well as the further path of reforming the judicial system in connection with Ukraine's acquisition of the official status of a candidate country in the EU, in particular the reform of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in 2023. |
