| Abstract: | Доповідь стосується розгляду питань теоретичного поняття влади, міжнародного права та питань військових конфліктів в контексті сьогодення. Проаналізовано основні критерії співвідношень понять «влада», міжнародні інституції та міжнародне право, а також військовий конфлікт. Розглянуто питання ролі і місця міжнародних інституцій та норм міжнародного права в контексті вирішення військових конфліктів, та ефективності їх розв’язання норм та інститутів міжнародного права та зроблено певні висновки |
| Description: | The report concerns the consideration of the theoretical concept of power, international law and issues of military conflicts in the context of the present. The main criteria for the correlation of the concepts of "power", international institutions and international law, as well as military conflict are analyzed. The issues of the role and place of international institutions and norms of international law in the context of resolving military conflicts, and the effectiveness of the norms and institutions of international law in their resolution are considered and certain conclusions are drawn |
