| Abstract: | У доповіді аналізується вплив практики Європейського суду з прав людини на реформування судової системи України та вдосконалення національного механізму захисту прав людини. Значна кількість звернень громадян до ЄСПЛ свідчить про недовіру до національного правосуддя, системні порушення прав людини, тривалі строки судового розгляду та проблеми з виконанням судових рішень. Досліджується необхідність комплексних реформ, спрямованих на посилення ефективності судового захисту та правозастосування, зокрема через інтеграцію практики ЄСПЛ у діяльність національних судів. |
| Description: | The report analyzes the impact of the practice of the European Court of Human Rights on the reform of the judicial system of Ukraine and the improvement of the national mechanism for the protection of human rights. A significant number of citizens' appeals to the ECHR indicate distrust in the national justice system, systemic violations of human rights, long trial periods and problems with the implementation of court decisions. The need for comprehensive reforms aimed at strengthening the effectiveness of judicial protection and law enforcement is examined, in particular through the integration of the practice of the ECHR into the activities of national courts. |
