| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена проблемам які виникають у процесі реалізації екологічних прав та які пов’язані з інформатизацією суспільства. Виділено право на безпечне для життя і здоров'я довкілля, право на доступ до інформації. Встановлено, що законодавчо не визначено розуміння "екологічної інформації". Доведено, що досконале законодавство дозволить повною мірою реалізовувати екологічні права. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to the problems that arise in the process of realizing environmental rights and are related to the informatization of society. The right to an environment that is safe for life and health, the right to access information are highlighted. It is established that the understanding of "environmental information" is not defined by law. It is proved that perfect legislation will allow for the full realization of environmental rights. |
