| Abstract: | У доповіді розглядаються ключові аспекти правового регулювання фінансових відносин в умовах стрімкої цифровізації економіки. Особливу увагу приділено впливу криптовалют, технологій блокчейн і цифрових активів на фінансовий сектор. Проаналізовано міжнародний досвід регулювання цифрових фінансових інструментів та його застосування в національному законодавстві. Розглянуто виклики та можливості, які виникають внаслідок інтеграції цифрових технологій у фінансову систему, перспективи гармонізації правового поля для забезпечення стабільності та безпеки в цифровій економіці |
| Description: | The report examines key aspects of legal regulation of financial relations in the context of rapid digitalization of the economy. Particular attention is paid to the impact of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technologies and digital assets on the financial sector. The international experience of regulating digital financial instruments and its application in national legislation is analyzed. The challenges and opportunities arising from the integration of digital technologies into the financial system, as well as the prospects for harmonizing the legal field to ensure stability and security in the digital economy, are considered. |
