Спроба об’єднати усі парки міста включаючи студентський та створити один учбово-культурний центр міста, в якому не остання роль була відведена Білоцерківському аграрному університету (тодішньому інституту). |
| Description: | The history of the park of culture and recreation after T. G. Shevchenko in the city of Bila Tserkva. An attempt to unite all the parks of the city, including the student park, and to create one educational and cultural center of the city, in which not the last role was assigned to the Agrarian University in city of Bila Tserkva (the then institute). |
