| Abstract: | Тези доповіді присвячено проблемам визначення ролі фінансового контролю як ефективного інструменту запобігання корупційним правопорушенням на міжнародному рівні. Аналізуються основні інституції, що здійснюють фінансовий контроль, і методи, що застосовуються у різних країнах. Особлива увага приділяється впровадженню сучасних технологій для покращення прозорості та підзвітності. Вивчаються приклади успішного використання фінансового контролю у боротьбі з корупцією в різних країнах, визначаються основні виклики та перспективи подальшого розвитку даного інструменту. |
| Description: | The report's theses are devoted to the problems of determining the role of financial control as an effective tool for preventing corruption offenses at the international level. The main institutions that carry out financial control and the methods used in different countries are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the introduction of modern technologies to improve transparency and accountability. Examples of successful use of financial control in the fight against corruption in different countries are studied, the main challenges and prospects for further development of this tool are identified. |
