| Abstract: | У навчальному посібнику розглянуто теми лабораторних та практичних занять навчальної дисципліни «Овочівництво». З метою забезпечення майбутнього фахівця практичними навичками наведена класифікація овочевих культур, характеристика насіння та методика визначення їхніх посівних якостей. Подані розрахунки площі живлення, густоти рослин і норми сівби насіння; потреби господарства у розсаді, парниках (плівкових теплицях), біопаливі і грунтосумішах для вирощування овочевих культур: розробка сівозміни. Представлені мінливості морфологічних ознак і біологічних особливостей та сучасний стан сортового різноманіття овочевих культур. Навчальний посібник розрахований для студентів закладів вищої освіти освітнього ступеня | «Бакалавр» | спеціальностей 203 «Садівництво, плодоовочівництво ї виноградарство» й 201 «Агрономія». Також посібник буде корисним для наукових викладачів вузів і коледжів, аспірантів та широкого загалу практиків галузі овочівництва. |
| Description: | The textbook discusses the topics of laboratory and practical classes of the academic discipline "Vegetable growing". In order to provide the future specialist with practical skills, the classification of vegetable crops, seed characteristics and methods for determining their sowing qualities are presented. Calculations of the area of nutrition, plant density and seed sowing rates are given; the needs of the economy in seedlings, greenhouses (film greenhouses), biofuels and soil mixtures for growing vegetable crops: development of crop rotation. Variability of morphological traits and biological features and the current state of varietal diversity of vegetable crops are presented. The textbook is designed for students of higher education institutions of the educational degree | "Bachelor" | specialties 203 "Horticulture, fruit and vegetable growing and viticulture" and 201 "Agronomy". The manual will also be useful for scientific teachers of universities and colleges, graduate students, and the general public in the field of vegetable growing. |
