| Abstract: | Експериментальна частина досліджень виконувалась впродовж 2022–2024 рр. в умовах дослідного поля НВЦ Білоцерківського НАУ. Матеріалом досліджень були лінії пшениці м’якої озимої: ЧRМ Б.Ц. скверхед 47 / Бранішовіце 633, Колекційний № АПВ-1 / ЧRМ 756/89, ЧRМ Лютесценс 301 / Lurika, ЧRМ Лютесценс 147 / Молдова 7, Тарасівська / ЧRМ Лютесценс 147, Роазон / ЧRМ Лютесценс 147, Бранішовіце 633 / Колекційний № АПВ-1. Метою нашої роботи було дослідження характеру трансгресивної мінливості ознак продуктивності головного колоса у гібридів F2-F3 одержаних від схрещування батьківських форм з ознакою «багатоквітковість», вивчення ефективності проведення добору трансгресивних форм. Польові досліди та фенологічні спостереження проводили у польовій дослідній сівозміні згідно «Методики державного сортовипробування сільськогосподарських культур». Попередник – гірчиця на зерно. Агротехніка у дослідах була загальноприйнятою для вирощування озимої пшениці в зоні досліджень. Вивчено характер прояву трансгресивної мінливості ознак продуктивності колоса у гібридів F2, F3 і виділено трансгресивні форми за ознакою «багатоквітковість», для подальшого залучення в селекційний процес. |
| Description: | The experimental part of the research was carried out during 2022–2024 in the conditions of the experimental field of the educational and production center of the Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University. The research material was soft winter wheat lines: ChRM B.Ts. skverkhed 47 / Branishovitse 633, Kolektsiinyi № APV-1 / ChRM 756/89, ChRM Liutestsens 301 / Lurika, ChRM Liutestsens 147 / Moldova 7, Tarasivska / ChRM Liutestsens 147, Roazon / ChRM Liutestsens 147, Branishovitse 633 / Kolektsiinyi № APV-1. The aim of our work was to study the nature of transgressive variability of the main spike productivity trait in F2-F3 hybrids obtained by crossing parental forms with the "multiflorous" trait, in order to study the effectiveness of selection of transgressive forms. Field experiments and phenological observations were carried out in a field experimental crop rotation according to the "Methods of State Variety Testing of Agricultural Crops". The predecessor was mustard for grain. Agricultural practices in the experiments were generally accepted for growing winter wheat in the research area. The nature of transgressive variability of spikelet productivity traits in F2-F3 hybrids was studied and transgressive forms were identified for the trait "multiflority" for further involvement in the breeding process. |
