| Abstract: | Магістерську кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено: дослідженню та систематизації науково-методичних засад формування системи цифровізації бізнес-процесів підприємства в умовах переходу в діджиталсередовище;проведенню аналізу господарської діяльності ТОВ «Епіцентр К»; здійсненню оцінки та аналізу рівня цифровізації бізнес-процесів в діяльності Тов «Епіцентр К»; визначенню перспективних напрямів розвитку досліджуваної компанії. Метою написання магістерської роботи є опис елементів цифровізації бізнес-процесів в компаніях та методів і процедур впровадження заходів з діджиталізації в діяльність ТОВ «Епіцентр К» в сучасних умовах. Об’єктом дослідження є рівень цифровізації бізнес-процесів в діяльності ТОВ «Епіцентр К» в сучасних умовах. Предметом дослідження є методологічні засади та практичний інструментарій забезпечення ефективності цифровізації бізнес-процесів в діяльності ТОВ «Епіцентр К» в сучасних умовах |
| Description: | The master's qualification work is devoted to: research and systematization of scientific and methodological principles for the formation of a system of digitalization of business processes of an enterprise in the conditions of transition to a digital environment; conducting an analysis of the economic activities of LLC "Epicenter K"; assessing and analyzing the level of digitalization of business processes in the activities of LLC "Epicenter K"; determining promising directions for the development of the company under study. The purpose of writing the master's thesis is to describe the elements of digitalization of business processes in companies and methods and procedures for implementing digitalization measures in the activities of LLC "Epicenter K" in modern conditions. The object of the study is the level of digitalization of business processes in the activities of LLC "Epicenter K" in modern conditions. The subject of the study is the methodological principles and practical tools for ensuring the effectiveness of digitalization of business processes in the activities of LLC "Epicenter K" in modern conditions. |
