| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена проблемі адаптації першокурсників у закладах передфахової вищої освіти. Ключовою ідеєю статті є запровадження програми «Студентський куратор», яка передбачає наставництво старшокурсників над першокурсниками. Такий підхід дозволяє створити більш комфортне середовище для адаптації нових студентів, оскільки старшокурсники розуміють їхні проблеми та можуть надати необхідну підтримку. |
| Description: | The article is sanctified to the problem of adaptation of freshmen in establishments of pre-professional higher education. The key idea of the article is an input of the program "the Student counsel", that envisages tutorship of senior men above freshmen. Such approach allows to create more comfort environment for adaptation of new students, as senior men understand their problems and can render necessary support. |
