| Abstract: | Вирощування зернових культур ускладнюється багатьма чинниками, на одному з перших місць – погіршення фітосанітарного стану посівів. Одним з визначальних факторів, які впливають на якість сільськогосподарської продукції є зараженість зерна мікроорганізмами. Результатом розвитку на зерні патогенів є накопичення у продукції мікотоксинів. Хвороби насіння істотно знижують урожай та якість як фуражного зерна, так і посівного матеріалу. |
| Description: | Growing of grain crops is complicated by many factors, in one of the first places - the deterioration of the phytosanitary state of crops. One of the determining factors influencing the quality of agricultural products is the contamination of grain by microorganisms. The result of the development of grains of pathogens is the accumulation of mycotoxins in products. Disease of the seed significantly reduces the yield and quality of both fodder grain and seed material. |
