| Abstract: | У досліді вивчалась антигельмінтна ефективність двух антигельмінтиків різних виробників з діючою речовиною фенбендазол, а саме: фенбендазол 20 % порошок у дозі 1,5 г на 10 кг маси тіла дві доби підряд груповим методом та фенбендазол 20 % порошок у дозі 1,5 г на 10 кг маси тіла дві доби поспіль груповим методом. Ефективність препаратів вивчали на 5, 10 та 30-й день після останнього застосування. При проведені овоскопічних досліджень на 10-й та 30-й дні після останнього застосування антигельмінтиків ми отримали 100 % екстенс- та інтенсефективність. |
| Description: | In the experiment, the anthelmintic effectiveness of two anthelmintics from different manufacturers with the active ingredient fenbendazole was studied, namely: fenbendazole 20% powder at a dose of 1.5 g per 10 kg of body weight for two days in a row by the group method and fenbendazole 20% powder at a dose of 1.5 g per 10 kg of body weight two days in a row by group method. The effectiveness of the drugs was studied on the 5th, 10th and 30th day after the last application. When conducting ovoscopic studies on the 10th and 30th days after the last use of anthelmintics, we obtained 100% extensive and intensive effectiveness. |
