| Abstract: | Розглянуто зміст, етапи, фактори впливу на реалізацію програмно-проєктного підходу в управлінні розвитком територіальної громади. Доведено, що зміст актуального програмного контексту є свідченням наявності відповідних управлінських компетенцій. Обґрунтовано необхідність врахування викликів, з якими стикаються територіальні громади в умовах турбулентності політичного та соціально-економічного середовища в Україні. |
| Description: | The content, stages, factors of influence on the implementation of the programme-project approach in the management of territorial community development have been considered in the article. It was proved that the content of the current programme context is evidence of the availability of relevant managerial competencies. The necessity of the taking into account the challenges faced by territorial communities in the context of turbulence of the political and socio-economic environment in Ukraine has been substantiated. |
