Особливості державної політики у сфері забезпечення безпеки державного кордону (за матеріалами Державної прикордонної служби України)

Abstract

Досліджено теоретичні основи державної політики у сфері забезпечення безпеки державного кордону та практичні аспекти виявлення внутрішніх і зовнішніх загроз національній безпеці у сфері охорони державного кордону України. Виявлено теоретичні основи формування державної політики у сфері забезпечення безпеки державного кордону; з’ясовано практичні аспекти реалізації державної політики у сфері забезпечення безпеки державного кордону; проведено оцінку становлення та розвитку Державної прикордонної служби України; виявлено проблеми впровадження державної політики у сфері забезпечення безпеки державного кордону України; досліджено міжнародну практику реалізації політики безпеки державного кордону; обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення державної політики у сфері забезпечення безпеки державного кордону. It has been investigated the theoretical of state policy in the sphere of ensuring the security of the state border and the practical aspects of identifying internal and external threats to national security in the sphere of protection of the state border of Ukraine. It was revealed the theoretical foundations of the formation of state policy in the sphere of ensuring the security of the state border; the practical aspects of the implementation of state policy in the sphere of ensuring the security of the state border have been clarified; the formation and development of the State Border Service of Ukraine was assessed; problems of the implementation of state policy in the sphere of ensuring the security of the state border of Ukraine were identified; the international practice of implementing the state border security policy was studied; directions for improving the state policy in the sphere of ensuring the security of the state border are substantiated.
