Забезпечення економічної спроможності територіальних громад України в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

Досліджено теоретичні основи забезпечення економічної спроможності територіальних громад України в умовах воєнного стану; виялено практичні складові забезпечення економічної спроможності територіальних громад України в умовах воєнного стану; проведено оцінку напрямів економічного розвитку територіальних громад України; виявлено вплив повномасштабного вторгнення рф на фінансову спроможність територіальних громад України. Використано загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи пізнання, що завдяки систематизації їх використання забезпечили повноту виявлення причинно- наслідкових зв’язків процесів та явищ, які досліджуються у роботі. Виявлено напрями покращення економічної спроможності територіальних громад України в умовах воєнного стану, що полягають у її здатності забезпечувати необхідні ресурси та генерувати й підтримувати економічне зростання та розвиток громади, зберігаючи при цьому навколишнє середовище. It has been investigated of the theoretical foundations of ensuring the economic capacity of territorial communities of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law; the practical components of ensuring the economic capacity of territorial communities of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law were revealed; an assessment of the directions of economic development of territorial communities of Ukraine was carried out; the influence of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on the financial capacity of the territorial communities of Ukraine was revealed. It has been used the general scientific and special methods of cognition, which, thanks to the systematization of their use, ensured the completeness of the identification of cause-and-effect relationships of the processes and phenomena studied in the work. It was revealed the essence for improving the economic capacity of the territorial communities of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law, which consist in its ability to provide the necessary resources and generate and support the economic growth and development of the community, while preserving the environment.
