dc.descriptionThe problems of accommodation of internally displaced persons (IDPs) in host settlements, taking into account the obvious fact that this process can drag on for an indefinite period, and the prospects for the end of the war are postponed for more late dates. It has been established that one of the reasons is that about a third of the territory of Ukraine was mined, contaminated with fragments of explosive devices and looted military equipment, and its demining will take at least several years. The second reason is that about 250,000 buildings were destroyed or damaged, including 27 thousand multi-apartment buildings, in occupied territories, combat zones, etc. de-occupied regions. Therefore, the key problem is long-term socio-economic integration and adaptation of forced migrants in the host communities, of which there are more than 4.5 million people, has become a priority and requires a priority solution. A thorough analysis of the scientific literature on weakly formed systems was conducted and situations, including the problem of long-term integration of IDPs. It is established that the main concepts for forced migrants will be housing, work, social protection, socio-cultural, medical and transport services and social adaptation in host communities. With the use of a cognitive approach, an assessment of the attractiveness of the host settlement for the long-term integration of the forced resettlers and the implementation of a set of measures to bring the indicators of their service up to normative values was carried out. With the involvement of cognitive structuring and cognitive modeling, a model for assessing the attractiveness of the host settlement for internal migrants was formed and various scenarios of the development of the situation were worked out. Assessment and correction of used cognitive processes and strategies were offered.uk_UA
