| Abstract: | В першому розділі роботи охарактеризовано теоретичні аспекти організаційно-економічного механізму управління інноваційною діяльністю підприємства, особливості його формування та інструментарій оцінювання. У дослідницькому розділі роботи наведено загальну характеристику досліджуваного підприємства за такими ознаками, як організаційна форма, профіль та види господарської діяльності, форма власності. Проведено аналіз та здійснено оцінку фінансового стану ПП «Гранплит» та обґрунтовано можливості здійснення інноваційної діяльності. Розроблено пропозиції щодо удосконалення механізму управління інноваційною діяльністю ПП «Гранплит». |
| Description: | The first chapter of the work describes the theoretical aspects of the organizational and economic mechanism of managing the innovative activity of the enterprise, the features of its formation and assessment tools. In the research section of this work, the general characteristics of the investigated enterprise are given according to such features as the organizational form, profile and types of economic activity, and the form of ownership. An analysis and assessment of the financial condition of “Granplit” PE was carried out and the possibilities of carrying out innovative activities were substantiated. Proposals have been developed to improve the mechanism for managing the innovative activities of "Granplit" PE. |
